Nokia revealed today that it sold over one million Nokia 3250 phones since its launch last March. The Nokia 3250 is a music-oriented phone that can store up to 750 songs in high quality and also features a 2-megapixel camera.
The popular music phone is based on S60 3rd Edition software and Symbian OS - which can turn a smartphone into a versatile portable music player capable of playing a wide array of digital music formats such as MP3, WMA, M4A, AAC and eAAC+. In addition to making it easy to load and transfer music, the S60 3rd Edition software allows users to purchase music and share their musical experiences and recommendations with their friends.
The Nokia 3250 music phone began shipping in March 2006, reaching the important one-million-units-sold milestone in less than four months.
